Whether you have never meditated before, or you have a daily practice - everyone is welcome to join this Group Meditation at The Alberta Space. Please share this event with any friends or colleagues who may benefit from joining us!
The hope is that this Group Meditation community will come together regularly - every two weeks or more - to share in the heightened experiences of meditating as a group for 20 minutes, followed by a discussion and questions, gently guided by Justine.
We recommend arriving by 5.30pm, preferably on an empty stomach. Water and herbal tea will be available. Please bring a snack, if you'd like to eat during our post-meditation discussion.
Doors will close promptly at 5.40pm.
