Group Meditation NYC

Whether you have never meditated before, or you have a daily practice -- everyone is welcome to join our Group Meditation community. Please share this event with any friends or colleagues who may benefit from joining us!

Our Group Meditation shares in the heightened experiences of meditating as a group for 20 minutes, followed by a discussion and questions, gently guided by Justine.

We recommend arriving at the Washington Square arch by 12.00pm, preferably on an empty stomach. We will find a shady area to sit on the ground, so please bring anything you need to make yourself comfortable.

Justine will host this 3 Day Course at Humming Puppy, inside the beautiful shala that is truly a meditative experience unto itself. Appropriate seating, blankets, herbal tea and water will be supplied.
